Frequently Asked Questions
How do I purchase a Bite Box?
Bite Boxes can be found at the Woodinville Botega, on Butler transportation bookings and at our current Pop Up events. If you would like to sell our boxes at your location please Contact Us.
I own/work at a winery and am interested in customizing a box.
Boxes can be customized! Please use the contact us form to work with us to create something for you. We have a sliced salami, dried apricots, Greek olive mix and alternate flavors of almonds available to create a custom box.
Can I learn more about the products in the box?
We are proud to feature two product local to the PNW! Partners Crackers and chocolate from World Wide Gourmet (made locally in Woodinville). The cheese spread comes to us from Wisconsin. The fig jam is from the famous Bonnie Maman company and won our vote when we paired it on top of the cheese and crackers! The roasted almonds are from Octonuts. We love they are grown in California and made in facilities free of nuts, soy and dairy. The apricots and salami also come from California.
What is the shelf life the products?
The products sourced for the Bite Boxes have a 3 month or longer shelf life. The Chardonnay Cheese has typically a 6 month life and salami a 3-4 month shelf life. The other products typically have a 1 year shelf life. The expiration date is located at the bottom of each box.
How are the boxes delivered?
With a minimum purchase of 10 boxes, delivery in Woodinville is complementary.
Are the boxes sustainable?
The white box is recyclable and the spreading knife is made from bamboo. We are working toward finding sustainable options on products we include within the box. Each product is individually sealed by the manufacturer ensuring safety and freshness.
